Scott Curtis is a retired U.S. Army officer and pilot.  
        He has a solid track record in safety and regulatory compliance, due to his successful 20-year career as an Army helicopter pilot and safety officer.  Now retired from the Army, he is currently employed by PHI, a helicopter transportation company working in the Gulf of Mexico.  Due to this week-on week-off schedule, he has every other week free to pursue his new career as a Home Inspector.
